Park Ridge by JK Group - Baner Pashan link road - Page 6 - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi Guys,
I am new one in this thread. Need your suggestions. How about to buy a ready possession flat in park ridge. I went to park ridge yesterday and came to know that there are still 2-3 flats are available.He told me that possession would be in jan-feb 2012. But looking at the progress i dont think it would be possible.
I have seen only one building.Internal flat work is almost done but there are no roads outside.

Please suggest.

Avoid this project..this will not be completed before jan 2015..look for actual ready posession flat

I am looking for 2bhk new flats in hinjewadi or banner with 25l Please give me list of upcomming project in this area

unfortunately getting new 2bhk in 50L in pune these days is a sort of dream...for new 2bhk in 25L..u need to look into tier 4 cities...

I have not seen any progress on this project for 6 months, Its an empty building, looks like a ghost building or Adarsh scam building! Avoid this project....

Try Talegoan, you may get 2 BHK (around 800 square feet salable area) for 25 lakh Rs. Currenlty, it is almost impossible to get any 2 BHK for 25 lakh Rs in Pune (or Outskirts of Pune).

You can try for resale in pimpri chinchwad area in some old bldg... You will definately get some

Put those 25L in FD, earn interest on it & stay on rent. It is the best bet of now.

The wait for the possession for Park Ridge customers seems to be increasing day by day. 3 years and counting… Every time Mr. Kailas Nimhan, the builder comes up with a new excuse for the delay.

Guys please do check the background of any less known builder before investing your hard earned money.
