Hi,
We have been looking for 3 BHK flats in Pimple Saudagar area and have finally decided to book a flat in Park Street - Sapphire Park. It is a ready possesion flat and the final figure they have agreed to is Rs. 2500 psft (down from 3200 psft). Can anyone suggest if this is a good deal? Also, what is the quality of contruction? What is the reputation of the builder. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Can you please tell me total cost for 3 BHK in sapphire park. I would also like to know total Sq. Ft. for 3 BHK and 2 BHK flats over there.

Would you please give details on total sq feet area and qualtiy of construction.

Also highlight the location of project.. and if facilities available like - hospital, bank, atm, bazzar etc...

Even I would like to know the total cost of 3 BHK at part street and when is the possession.
Could you also let me know the details of the cost structure like the component considered for loan and the component that has be borne by own.

So at 2500 psft, what is the over-all deal value that you are expecting for the Park Street place?

WIth 2500 psf including registration + parking + MSEB + 1 year maintainance it should not be more than 32 lakhs for carpet 895 (1115 saleable)
