Did any of you hear the advertisement by Pharande Spaces on radio, they are calling all apartments developed in Pune as "Chuhe ka Bill", really need to check out what THEY are offering ?

Hi

Does anyone know whether this builder is reliable.
There is no information about this builder on this forum.
They have got 3 villa projects Cozy COrner , Comfort Cushion and Culture crest. has Anyone got any feedback on these ?

Culture Crest is going on for ages & he is close to Ajit yeda. Need anything more to say? Btw, I wonder how people can stay at Culture Crest. Nothing in the vicinity except for parking place for trucks. So secluded place, when I went there for first time, the first thing which came to my mind:- " Nice place for warehouse"
