Its better to buy in Wakad giving some extra money than Rahatani . Check the neighbourhood man if u can live there !

FYI Mirchandani Palms, Park Royale, Akash Ganga, Suncrest etc fall in Rahatani and I dont think thats a bad area to live in (Off course road sux at present)
