Hi,
I am a new resident of Pune & want to purchase a flat for me for residential purpose. We are a working IT couple & need help in deciding the area as one works in Hinjewadi while the other works in Magarpatta city. Right now I am staying on rent in Aundh. We would like an area which: 1. Is convenient to both of us 2. Can offer 2/2.5/3 BHK home in < 40 Lac (all inclusive) OR Can offer re-sale 2/2.5/3 BHK home built in last 3 years in < 40 Lacs (all inclusive) 3. Good prospect for future appreciation 4. Has the population of cosmo / semi-cosmo in nature. If someone can suggest a good project alongwith locality - that would be much appreciated... ![]() Thanks in advance... |

There could be multiple mid points.
One mid point that I think of will be somewhere on mumbai banglore highway near Katraj. So one road is through complete high way to Hinjewadi. And other road will be through swargate, pune solapur road, to magarpatta. |

There are many projects near mumbai-bangalore highway... in Katraj or katraj-kondhwa link road... u can see runwal's project there, Ackruti countrywoods, Eisha's projects etc

If I were you then we change job for one of us & work in the same area. Both Hinjewadi & Magarpatta have loads of IT companies. This will save lot of time, in turn better quality of life. This time u could spend together or with ur kids.

One of you can change job in due course of time. hence, go by your choice of location, not forced by your location of job as it will be temporary only!!

^ I think you have to cross through all the city traffic at camp to get to MG and the city traffic at kothrud/paud road also to get to HJ. I think the Univercity road is wider and there is less chance of traffic jam during peak time in this road is my understanding.

You can also try Warje / Katraj / Kondhwa. From this area, Hinjewadi is accessible via bypass highway and Magarpatta is also near.
