Default Please share your opinion about "Blue chip avenue", "silver moon" and "Green Thumb"

Hi,

I need feedback from those of you who have visited the three sites that I have mentioned above.

I found the flats at "Blue chip avenue" to be spacious, with less wastage. Plus there are two terraces per flat though the dry balcony is a shame. The pricing is also good, 3000 psqft for wing B, and 3200 psqft for wing A. Incidentally wing B shall be ready in a couple of months while wing A shall be ready in 6 months.

"Green thumb" has a novel design, though the sample flat was covered from inside with green moss all over the walls. There was hardly any wastage here as well. The builder is promising too much though. Rates are quite high 3500 psqft for 4 side open apartments and 3200 psqft for 2 and 3 side open apartments.

"Silver Moon" also promises too much. This shall take quite some time to finish. Rate is 3100 psqft. I did not like the flat design though, though it is not really that bad.

I also saw "Sahil Saga" and "Sahil Serene". The flats are really good. I think "Saga" is definitely good for investment.

Thanks and Regards,
Nimish Goray

i found sahil saga better then serene. Sahil Serene is quite inside and road is not developed, which would make the commutation difficult during the rainy season.

NiluBavdhan : Could you advice me some projects where I could get a 2BHK flat for max 40L with all costs? I am looking for ready possession as well as booking.

NiluBavdhan : I did go to Serene as well. I liked the apartments, but the location is 0.5 km from Silver moon and the road is horrible. My car got screwed man.
