I am looking for ready possession 2BHK apartment around 1000 Sq Ft
My budget is around 30L. Can u suggest me good projects nearer to city as wakad, PS are not my preference.

I liked rose valley. Not sure of current rates there..I heard its 2750 for pool facing flat with inverter + trolley + video door .
