Plots in Gated Community - Pune - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi All,

I've been trolling the forum for sometime. I'm looking for plots in Gated communities in or around Pune. Areas or interest - Baner, Balewadi, Paud Rd, Hinjewadi or neighborhood where R2Iers /IT guys buy plots.

This location is very near to river. won't it be a bad location with foul smell from river and danger of floods.

i think these are no more entitled to called river. definitely i wont prefer at the bank of such river

True .....
The foundation in case of near river construction has to be deeper at least twice or on base rock otherwise when the rivers change course or heavy flow makes the structures weak sometimes takes it down too.
Also flooding is common in few hundred meter areas near rivers.
Although Pune its less likely but chances cannot be ruled out due to climate changes
