Saarthi Shilpa near Eklavya is quoted at 3800 psf but project yet to start and would 2 years atleast. Heard that there were some flats available at their Aarav scheme near Y Chavan auditorium. Rate quoted was 5000 psf.
Kumar parisar have launched new building, work has just started, rate quoted is 6000 psf |

Guys... I will be traveling to outside india in one month. I am trying to finalize an apartment in Kothrud before that, hence I had asked the original question of 50L.
If anyone has any leads for new/resale flat in this price, it would be great. Please do share... thanks in advance |
