Kumar Shantiniketan project in Baner Pahan link road is delayed by more than 2+ years for various reasons. On top of that builder is not putting quality fittings. None of the major newspaper is ready to report the issues with builder. Some of the TOIlet newpapers RE page is sponsered by this builder. Frustrated with this, the future residents formed a Yahoo groups. They started protesting with the builder in face to face meetings. Its around 150+ member group. Now the builder is listening to them and improving the quality it seems. Also they are working out on some compensation. But no firm dates on handover yet. PBAP and all other agencies are useless in such matter.

So if any of you are in such position, form a group and fight with your builder who fooled you. God may bless you!

even i met one person from dubai who hd been her for their vacations told me tht he had booked his falt long back 2 yrs back. he was saying tht kumar is going to pay monthly rent of 10K for some 6 months or so...but still he hs not a confirm dt of posssession.
