I am new to this forum. I have booked a 3BHK flat in Prakritii Balewadi pune (Lunawant Landmarks, builder name Jayant lunawat). We booked it in April 2009. Registry was not done at that time as he told that plan is not sanctioned yet, it will take 15-30 days and was keep saying this since last 3 months. Now recently he has returned the booking amount saying that we cannot keep the money for long time due company policies as the plan is not sanctioned.

After elections he was selling at high rates. Looks he is greedy man and wants more money. I got even my loan sanctioned (I dont know how they sanctioned the loan when plan was not approved by PMC). I want to go in court against him. Do let me know what legal actions I can take against him... I am thinking to go in Consumer court. Please let me know if anybody else is gone thru same issue with same or any other builder. We should take a strong action against this kind of greedy builders.
