Project in kondhwa budruk - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hello Friends,
Can you please suggest some good project in kondhwa budruk for 2BHK?

I checked Kumar’s kul utsav however total area is v less, even for 2.5 BHK. Room sizes are small.
I don’t want to go for “Ackruti countrywood” and “Lake district” projects as these are bit far away.
My budget is ~30L for this area.
I am also open for NIBM area but I don’t get anything in 35L in this area .

Check Suyog Leher, it was 30 lakhs while launch, not sure as of now.

Check out resales.

30 lakhs in Kondhwa (forget NIBM) is not possible it seems.

Go to raheja vista or gemini park avenue, both are very good project

I called them they are quoting 2950 Rs, total 35L. Possesion in June-2012.
It doesnt seem good to pay 2 yrs rent + 35L. I was thinking that of kumar is giving small size 2 bhk 26.5 thn i sud try for proper 2 bhk 30.

Another ques is that is there any problem of water in this area?

These projects are at mohammadwadi.
I heard, no public transport come to nibm/swarget frm thr. What is scope of this area for future developement?

2 bhk,~950 is gng 34L, not negotiable. quality seems good.
Is it a gud deal? Will it be good to invest in this? Will rate increase in this area if i want to sale in future?

Surely the rates will go up. Its a deal for 34L if all inclusive.

The rate will not go up. This is prelaunch rate and its still same

Yes Inc all 34L. But I have to wait 1.5 yrs for Poss.
