Is there any problem if the project comes under gram panchayat and not PMC?. I had enquired about Kumar Picasso. They are quoting 3000 psf. When I had asked if the area comes under PMC, she said that the area is currently under gram panchayat and would come under PMC in a year. Do you think i should buy what she said. I'm yet to see the site, but from their website, i liked the external design and the spaciousness of the flats. If anyone has visited this site, please provide your inputs also.

.Navina, please don't trust the builders. It is like depending on Pakistan to curtail global terrorism .
