Pune Metro and its impact on Pune Real estate Price - Indian Real Estate Forum

Dear Friends,

Now that Pune Metro has been been approved at Corporation, i was wondering what impact it will have for Pune real estate prices. My guess is Pune real estate prices specially in Bavdhan, Pashan,Link road ( Pashan & Baner) will increase. Builders will now take all the opportunity to justify the price rise. Remember when Chakan airport discussion was on ( Infact we have not seen any development of the airport at Chakan) the prices at Chakan and Rajangaon skyrocketed...

Similiar things have been experienced in other cities like Bangalore, Gurgaon. Rates have gone up along the route of Metro in these cities.
