Pune property prices
hi!
Can anybody get me the prices for commercial property in Pune prime locations? i have scouted all available resources but all in vain. I hope to get the answer here. Thanks  |

Dear Friend, Instead of providing answer to the simple query, you are confusing REX.
One should remember that not all members on this forum are from Real Estate domain. REX, this is my personal learning from the market trends. RR - Residential rate 1. Commercial Showroom(Ground level) - 3 ~3.5 times RR 2. Commecial Office Space (Ground level) - 2~3 times RR 3.
