I was looking into some property in Wakad area. 2 shortlisted are Rama Groups CostaRica and Om Developers Island.
Request all esteemed members to put views on these 2 properties in terms of rate, quality and value for money.

I still have not visited the site but planning. As i saw in websites that it is between 2500 to 2650psf. But no idea builder is quoting now. Pl do share if u have got some quote directly from builder.

hi , i yesterday saw the project and they were quoting 3000 psf.
project looks good,but internal road conencting it is very small and bad condition.

Ya thats correct. Road to Island is very narrow and in bad condition. Locality is also a question. I saw a few slums nearby. Seems 3000psf is not worth there.
