Resale : 16 to 17 (Raksak Nagar Gold (Raviraj the gr8 )
Chk with brokers, they are quaoting 19 to 21 but after nego. it's 16 to 17 lacs

Hadapsar:
MP city (some old apts are going for 17 to 18 lacs, i think it's helicon or something like dat)
Handewadi Road: 4 to 5 schems (Dreams grp, Runwal) and total cost (pkg) is around 12 to 13 lacs but location is not good, search threads here and u will find info.

Viman Nagar:

This is 3 month old info. but these prices are not quoted by me but by builder/agent/owner. Do you know M.R.P. concept? well it's just the concept so ur negotiation skills does matter. You sud know how do deal with brokers if u approach them? if they have thr tricks, I have mine (Nehle pe Dehla) .
