Hi Guys,

Can you please suggest me any ongoing projects where i can find 1BHK ready posession flats in Kharadi, Hadapsar area.

my budget is upto 13L-15L, Area around 550-650 sqft

I don't know name of project , but one project of 1 BHK is comming behind Gera in Kharadi.

I have seen an ad about 1RK,1BHK at Balewadi. It's either Bhandari or Bhansali. Haven't checked further details though.

how much is the cost, location and construction quality at neco harmony?

Am not very sure..but I think a colleague got a quote of 24 L for a 700 sq ft flat (all in) in Neco Harmony. B.U. Bhandari at Kharadi also has one bldg coming up (1 bhk) called Pinnacle or something similar

As far as I know the 1BHK scheme by B.U.Bhandari (close to Accolade) is completely sold out
