I am looking for a ready possession 2BHK in Baner, Pashan, Balewadi, Sus road, Bavdhan area. Can anyone suggest any good project with reasonable price?

Dear All, Want to close it quickly so appreciate your response. Do we have any ready possession in Baner, Pashan or Bavdhan. I am hearing "sold out" form most builders and they are saying they have only 3 bhk which seems little hard to believe. Any pointers will help.

all have some negatives and positive..go and chk as per ur rerquiremnts..

Thr is this ad in TOI for ready possession in concord Portia..don't know for how many years they will keep paying the ad costs to TOI!! also it sayd last few left for selected few..totally agree -- Dumbness is Rare, but absolute dumbness is a premium

IMO, it is one of the projects which is true epitome of where u sudn't buy!!

Concord Portia is situated in a remote area as of now and the approach road is also not metalled. They say a DP road will be constructed in 2 years time but thats too long for me. I found the amenities ok. The paint inside is little gaudy to my taste. Choice of flats is limited. Parking open with a tin shade cover.

Felicita - rates are very high 4000/- per sf and its possession is in 3 months. Only 2.5 BHK available.

Any feedback on Gera Reagent(Baner) saw its hoardings but could not go to enquire. Do they have 2bhk?
