Ready Possession 3bhk !
Dear All,
I have been reading the posts here for the last 3 days and I have read almost every post out there  .All the senior members feels that buying an under construction property in the current situation is not a good idea and they suggest that its better to go for a ready possession flat. Please can you all help me suggest good/fair projects with ready possession 3BHK and I dont want to (rather I can't  ) spend a fortune like (50 lacks and above). I am looking for something under 40-42 Lacks.Many Thanks !! |

Hi, I was working in Hinjewadi but not anymore and initially I am looking forward for areas like Baner, Pashan, (may be Bavdhan) sus road and Pimple Saudagar (if its really a good deal ) and kothrud I believe will be out of my budget. If you have any pointers, it will be much appreciated.

checkout the parkland or ZION , Concord portia (around 40 lakhs but possession will be in around 2 months time and its bit inside the main road) in balewadi. but i think all are quoting around 45 (post negotiation)
