As promised, Here are the other details of the project.

1BHK-> 580 sq ft (444 sq ft carpet)
2BHK-> 875 sq ft (700 approx carpet)

1 BHK-> 18L..thats it ! (inclusive car park, MSEB, Society&club house charges, stamp duty, reg etc)

2BHK-> 23L (everything inclusive)


They are launching 15 buildings; A,B, C, D, E.....upto P.

I saw two allotment letters of a 605 and 606 flats of wing "G" on Tarang patel's desk.


With all this said, People are READILY booking flats there. Even while we are discussing these RE matters here, flats are getting occupied there. There could me many people on this forum also who have got flats there. Most conspicuous example is group booking of 6 flats there from people(my frnds) working here in Magarpatta last week.

So I would suggest my frnds looking for a home in pune to go to countrywoods and have a look rather than spending 33-35L on a 2BHK in wakad/balewadi.

Talking Name Change.

AKRUTI CITY has changed it's name to ACKRUTI CITY!! Seems builders are now turning to astrologers than buyers!

Right on spot you are. I asked them the same thing. Tarang said that their astrologer has advised them to do so. Add and extra "c" to the existing name.

They have changed their name in the stock market also from Akruti to Ackruti..

realacres-> do you have more info abt this project. probably you could share with us the finer details of the project as you are at home in the RE sector

PS-> People working in Magarpatta are seriously thinking abt booking a unit there. Just came back from Lunch and the guys sitting at the table behind were discussing the same :p

Found the area of flat too small. And as said before, I would avoid going for newly launched projects. If at Magarpatta, why not look at flats at Hadapsar or Solapur-Kharadi bypass? If lucky, you may well get a good deal at Daffodils. I may be biased but I don't like Kondhwa area at all due to anti-national elements there.

The company has forged it's balance sheets due to which a notice has been issued by MCA i.e. Ministry for Corporate Affairs to Ackruti city. Lots of funds have been sipho_ned (why can't I type P H O N E?)off by the directors & an inquiry has been set up on this issue. Let's see what happens now.
