PROJECT is already late and once you are late , its very sure that it may take another 2-3 yrs for completion. Win -Win situation - Only for builder !!!

There are many projects which were launched 1-2 yrs ago in kondhawa area . The Unnati Dham, Hill view, Nirman Puram and Sukhada Varada Sankul are nearing completion.
in competition, ackruti is lagging far behind.

Thanks Ram. Now it's clear that builder have introduced 20:80 scheme as a cushion for project-delay
Old-customers may be happy coz higher-rate (perceived-appreciation) in 20:80 scheme. New-customers won't bother much about project-delay. In the end builder will enjoy loan-free money for 2/3 years

Seems Ackruti is very, very transparent, thanks to the involvement of Sharad Pawar in Ackruti group as well. How did Crisil not award them 7 star??

Icon20 tarang recommeds HDFC

Tarang Patel used to some funny statements like

"We are thinking of putting SBI in black list."

why?

Because SBI in not releasing payements?

why should SBI release the payments even if ackruti has not started construction and not submitted required docs to SBI.

ackruti needs payments much before the construction phases. Hence they do recommend HDFC.

This is new man!! I think SBI has financed this project right, if so, how can they even think of putting it on blacklist?? And who the builder is to ask buyers from where to take the loan?
