Is it the Right time to invest in property?
Are we following of Diversifying our Assets ? When the inherent Problems of US are not Over... Once Bailout Package disappears ... Recessionary risks are high .. Now Europe in long term downtrend .... China is cooling its Overpriced RE market strongly ...... Debt has become such a issue that each year for till 2018 many countries will be facing Greece like problems.... Some analyst warning of Depression ... which was averted .... "Kicking the can down the Road ..." Patchup work ... So when the root cause is not fixed .... Is it correct to Over leverage ourselves? There could be Risk of Huge job losses ... Are we as a new age Working class prepared for that ??? Are we showing Financial learning which is not taught in Schools or colleges ..... Are we saving more or Spending more?? Pls use this thread to Vote .... Its a multiple selection Poll so poll in the below link on Banglore Forum http://www.indianrealestateforum.com...-re-11543.html Last edited by frugality; 20-05-10 at 12:22 PM. |

"Investing" in RE in the current situation is a BAD idea !!! Purchasing home for living - which is purely emotional has nothing to do with investing. For investment - there are lot more better and relatively easier (mentally and financially) options available. You dont "invest" 40-50 lakhs - you just buy home and thats it !! |
