LATIS TALEGOAN (KOHINOOR GROUP) Biggest fraud in Pune
Last year's December, I had booked flat in LATIS Talegoan( KOHINOOR GROUP) Pune by amount Rs.50000 by way of cheque. He had given me pay slip for it. Due to some family problem (medical emergencies), I decided to cancel the booking of the flat,. When I ask them to return back my money, he said that I will only get money if other customer buy that flat.
When ever I request them for money they talking me very arrogantly and not giving any response as well. can i file complain against them in consumer forum what indian law says on it????? plz give me your advise Last edited by aayushrb; 15-02-10 at 04:48 PM. |
