Hi,

This Bunglow plot scheme by Siddhivinayak Developers in after Talegaon near Kanhe Phata .

It is NA land . even one can take loan for plot purchase .

Please let me know if any one has purchased or has good /bad experience with the developers .

The developer, Sakla is crap. Don' even enquire for their projects, you will have to regret later.

Rate is now 1600sqft. This area is developing like Wakad. Expect the rate to go up further to 2000sqft to 2500sqft. This is a NH4 highway touch project. Aditya Shagun's Nisarg in Bavdhan is resold at 3000sqft.

Some of the biggest billionaires are on this forum. So, we won't buy before rates hit 10,000/sq ft. You know we don't buy cheap stuff.
