looks like the booking were done long back so chances of cancellations would be low as the owners would have started paying pre-emi's or some might have chose to go with adf.
did check with vascon they said no cancellations. though they have 1st and 2nd floor 3 bhks. quoting 4250 psft.
was trying to check if someone wanted to get rid of it at a lower price

I am looking for a flat in the 30-45L region...

I am now discovering that the 'slump' in the market is NOT a slump...

I need feed back on this:
1. Large 2BHK- what would be examples, and what would be costs
2. Reasonable 3BHK- what would be examples.

This will allow me to plan a day in Pune, or in the worst case someone would point me to an existing thread which would help me.
