Ive been enquiring on new property for sometime now, and rates in areas like pashan/ bavdhan/aundh annexe/ baner are not feasible for buying currently.
Would want to know the rates for resale in the same areas? Iam getting a 2BHK in pimple saudagar for 24lacs? This is in Rose /lords project ( am not sure). Is it a good deal? Also what are the chances of appreciation in that area? Also if anyone can guide me on some good resale flat - it would be helpful |
