Resale transaction - costs associated
Can someone put light on the costs associated on resale transaction?
Do we have to pay stamp duty and registration fees again ? I thought we have to pay just registration fees and not the stamp duty, but now I am confused. And, also do we have to pay for NOC from builder ? or what if society is registered ? Can someone explain pls. |
