Any review on Windwards by Tyagi properties. They have quoted 2600 but have come down to 2450 for project the building A & B wing which is 2BHK whose possession will be by Sept 2010

recently ppl have booked here at 2100/- for dec 09 possesion i guess .. not sure of possesion date though .. it was a group booking for 50 flats

2BHK is available.

I heard that many deals in the group booking are cancelled because builder is using the 30% loading while calculating the total cost.....

What abt the quality of the construction ? Also like to know whether there are any known issues. Feedback abt this project will be very useful for me to decide abt my purchase.

Project is good.. and executed in time.. building A,B and C are nice at place, but D is placed at back side...

Builder is very rude and rigid.. 2 of my friend’s cancelled there deal only because of builders rude behavior
