Rose Valley in PS. - Pl help - urgent - Indian Real Estate Forum

I am IT person and new to pune. Frequent visitor of this site. Can somebody suggest me

1. Whether Pimpale Saudagar is a good area to live in terms of IT companies, residential are, water / electrical supply, education / hospital / entertainment / connectivity / etc.
2. Is GK builder good ? since dominated in PS area.
3. How Rose Valley project since thought this is better compare to other projects in this area in terms of location, layout plan, amenities, specification, price.
4. Got a final quote of Rs 2750 / sq ft for a pool facing flat with trolleys, inverter, video door . Total is exact 33 L. Is this good / ok / etc.

Read all views of RE market going up / down / etc. Missed the last ralley in this confusion only.

Please let me know since putting hard earned money and going to finalize the deal seriously.

Ask yourself below questions:
Are want to settle in Pune or looking from investment perspective?
Can you commit your saving in RE now with &/Or EMI there on?
What kind of places/locality would like to live in?
What your RE options you have in terms of states/locality?

Have you tried in Rajaveer.....Its way ahead of Rose valley in terms of construction and aminities....

I have booked and cancelled in Rajaveer.

whats way ahead in Rajaveer or for that matter any GK construction? please let me know.

Talk to someone who has booked in Rajaveer and is expecting a posession this month. You will get to know the recent posession pains.

I didnt like Rajveer's project layout and its again ahead from the main road. Also, Rajveer's final price got is 2800. Note: There is 11 acres planned PCMC garden comming up exact opposite to Rose valley. So, thought that will help in that concrete Jungle.
