Royal Imperio - PS - Indian Real Estate Forum

Does anyone know of the credentials of 5 Star Constructions who have launched Royal Imperio in PS? I have visited the project and the flats look good. But I think the total balcony space is too much and that's a waste. Any opinions on this project will be helpful

If you asked me which project I liked most in PS then I will say Royal Imperio. It's location is excellent. When I visited rates were high. Parking was 2 lakhs.Project looks royal but builder (Adwani) is new. 2 very young gentlemans were doing all negociations (may be builders sons). But it might be booked by now. Looks like will get delayed. Kitchen is very small.
