Does anyone know of the credentials of 5 Star Constructions who have launched Royal Imperio in PS? I have visited the project and the flats look good. But it was a while back and the rate was too high (around 3350), so I did not bother. Does anyone know their current asking rate?

They just launched their D Wing. Any opinions on this project will be helpful.

Has any body got flat booked in Shiva Heights? If Yes then what was the final negotiated price?

Builder is asking for 100 Rs psf as maintenance charge which is quite high. And he is not ready to bargain on that. They told me final price as Rs 2500 psf.
