Hmm, I think this is most over-rated area in Pune - handewadi-hadapsar. Better buy surely would be Singhgad road and abouts for similar rates.

handewadi road after road expansion will be good place to live..there was some development where sabzi mandi had moved from the road to other location..but expansion of road.is real deal...

runwal is good builder..the project has also come up nicely..i think at 2800 it is much more worth than other projects..

any idea about possesion of runwal seagull?..i thought they were suppose to handover in feb for phase 2..whats the status?
