Sai Laurel Park in Pimple Gurav / New Sangvi - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi All,

I visited this project Sai Laurel Park in Pimple Gurav. This is a joint venture by Japtap Patil Developers and Chandraranga Developers.

Has anyone booked flat in this project, or any other projects of these developers? I would like to discuss a few things, please PM me.

These guys are charging more than 4000 psf in Sanghvi. The project does not have all the amenities as well except the touch panel lift..But i liked the floor plan and the interior texture painting but i am not sure of the quality though...

This project is located in convenient location near krishna chawk in sangvi. Construction quality is better than most of projects I have seen in pimple saudagar. They have given possession for first buliding and one can see what kind of actual quality you will get.
The builder is relative of MLA there however it does not seem to be a problem for those who have purchased flats .
Possession was given on time for first building.
That said, ameneties are few and some of the flats have very close balconies\teraces .Also lower floors have small houses buliding on one side at close end.
Their quoting rate 4500 (negotiable) is very high for sangvi area. I visited darode jog project there which is further away and they also are asking same rate. If you want to stay in Sangvi area then this is one of the better projects. Flat area as good for 2 bhk and have big terraces (194 sq ft).

Regarding the price - Yes, 4000 psft is quite high for Sangvi area, but I think the location is quite convenient.

I think the builder is giving possession on time - may be with 2 - 3 months delay, but generally on time.

I had visited this site around 2 months back and the quoted price was same - 4500 psqft. He was willing to negotiate.

I happened to visit this Sangvi on weekend and could see that significant progress has been made.

I too visited this project few days before. The location is good but the quoted price is too much. wht is the total package of 2BHK in this project?
