Well , instead... you can reduce rates at Samrajya .... that will be real help to many buyers .... queries will get solved somewhere else.
Boss people are waiting for real good deal from you rather than .. queries ... reduce rate and help poor buyers .. it now well above 5000 + new taxes ..so out of reach of many middle class kothrud aspirants .. Dear Jitu Sir , person who has avg take home more than Rs 50,000 even can't afford your flats .... looks , Pethkars are going aways from Middle class buyers ...

Also its questionnable .. shall we call person earning Rs 50,000 pm is middla class or BPL ..... at this time of inflation ... i think that person is in BPL category ..
