Dear razer,
My pleasure to provide the necessary info.
For ST the provision is already in our agreement. But as soon as the Govt clarifies the application of ST, we would either go for another I-bond or collect payments for the same as per the relevancy.

Rather calling a clever businessman you can consider me a smart businessman in a positive sense. Though I am partner of the company you can very well call me a salesman as I am having a product (homes) and use my skills to sell it.

Those are sample flat pictures taken by a 12MP DSLR camera. Gives an idea as to what one gets in his/her flat. (except tube & fans )

hats off to you! i haven't come across such a transparent builder any where.The fact that you interacting in this forum is highly commendable too.I am looking for a flat in pune,unfortunately my budget is limited to 25-30L and i cant buy in your kothrud project, do you have any project elsewhere in pune or elsewhere(lonavala,etc) which will fit in my budget?

I fell sad that you are unable to have a home in Samrajya. Unfortunately we have no other projects as we are concentrating only on present project. Though there are some proposals in pipeline but still not through so cant confirm.

jitu sir,
i will keep a track of the website of pethekarprojects, and if something which fits in my budget comes up i will definitely go for pethekar project.
My only fear is,if i wait too long rates may go up and i may be unable to buy anything.
sir in general what is your view? will prices of houses in and around pune go up in the next 1-2 years? while banks increasing interest rates and service tax imposition are 2 negative factors,decrease of income taxes and potential increases of salaries of IT professionals are positive factors.
