On your website in the FAQ you mention

"Land opposite our plot is an agricultural land. Land next to that plot belongs to Defense. It is reserved land."

Does "Land opposite our plot" mean the land in front of the sales office or land opposite the 1st phase?

What are the chances of "agricultural land" getting converted to non-agricultural land?

hello Abhi,
Regrets for replying you so late bcoz of some restrictions on posting.
you are right. the land opposite to our sales office is agricultural having a army reservation for ARDE, Pashan. there are less chances of the land being NA unless any pressure form politicos.
the land opposite to Ph1 i.e. Shefalika Heights is S. No. 113 under litigation between many owners...we being one of them

* Heads mean person.

No, the issue is not only about the sound but completion in general. If there are 3 small projects, all the amenities & the project in totality will get completed which will give good ambience for the people staying there. A good eg. is Magarpatta city which despite being big project completed many small complexes in itself.

My issue is that people who move in first should not be stranded & wait endlessly for the last phase to get over. Project completion is more important than sound.

Wish you merry X'mas too.
Dear Realacres,
While planning Samrajya we had geiven due consideration to open space. we wishes to have sufficeint space for encorporating club house, community hall, swimming pool, landscape area and some more for any future society plans.
this has led to develop a single big complex. if you visit the site you will see that the open space is considerable to properly accomodate various amenities. big complex is having its own elegance, advantages etc. ofcourse there r some drawbacks as mentioned by you, but then time is required to happen good things.

Hi Jitu,

Yep, agree that big space is welcome step indeed. But even if we put the time aside for a moment, the issue of heads working in different directions continues. I have seen many such cases where large project gets difficult to manage once society is formed.

Are there any plans from your side to outsource the upkeep for the project to some agency say like Knight Frank? If yes, it will be indeed good as society members won't have to fiddle in the matters which affect everyone.
