Team,
I have liked the plan by Saphire Park Pahse II- Rate quoted is 3400 psqft. I am looking for 3 bedroom flat, Need feed back on the following 1. How ss Saphire Park Phase Scheme? 2. Is Rate 3400 ok for the area where scheme is situated 3. REview on the builder/scheme 4. Is the are developed- Pros/Cons of the area where it is situated Request you guys to help me make right decision |

Scheme is way outside Pune city. beyond Aundh, In the night its very lonely...

possession is delayed by almost a year. Most of the flats would have been sold out, except for Bldg A,B,C and terrace flats (because they force buyer to pay for the terrace too). Bldg A,B,C will easily take more than a year to complete, that too if you are lucky. Builder has a bad track record of completing on time.

I am from Pune but currently in Chennai for the last 3 years. Happend to see their floor plan on the web and spoke to few guys over .
However i need to know more about the location. is it worth wile buying house there |
