Mine is at 9th floor in Dhanori

couple of projects i visited, they tell all flats are booked and after a few days/weeks when i checked again they had flats available only on top few floors thats bcoz they have the approval a bit late.
One project i visited had 2 buildings of 10 or 11 floors. after visiting a couple of times builder told that one building is only till 6 floors and the other is also 6 floors and we can book above 6th but at our won risk coz floors above 6th may or may not get approved and obviously no registration will be done until the approval. this project is near the dhanori octroi naka.

Silver mist is saying all top floors are booked and only few flats are available below 6th floor.

There is no information found on the internet about this builder or his projects except this website nirmanconstructiongroup.com.

Even there are no reviews found about previous projects.

I have also booked flat on 6th floor in silver mist--that time builder did not tell me that permission is only till 6th floor. Last week he called me and told about the same--I am very confused now--whether to go ahead or not--please call me on 9890490773, if you have any info about this project urgently-------

Whats so special about Dhanori that it has such property rates? its so noisy because of the airport. and I have read that there are water problems too.
