I have visited "Sun crest phase 2" of G. K. developers. They are quoting 3220 psf and the flat goes around 33.97 lac.
Is it good value for money |

WHen ready possesion is available at cheaper price why to pay so much high rate when posseion is after 2 yrs. New launch should have atleast re 400/- less than ready possesion. GK is offering internal luxary amenities but all amenities should not cost more than 2 lakhs which is equal to 200 psf.

G K was quoting Rs 2800/- for Sun crest 2 in Jul 09. Avoid this project as it does not have separate amenities. The amenities like club house, swimming pool etc are clubbed with Phase 1. Also Rs 3220/- is not good value for money. Other builders are quoting Rs 2800/- Try Solitare Residency.

34 lakhs for 900 sq feet 2 BHK and that is for possesion after 2 month. Add pre emi to that and you will actually pay 38 to 40 lakhs till possesion. You can get any good ready possesion. There is very good info available abt PS projects on this forum.

Hi,
Now GK is quoting 3300 spf. Anyone got flat in GK's Sun Crest apartment ??? Please let me know is it worth going for 948 sq.feet area for 2BHK with this rate ?? and possession after 1 year from now. Your responses would really be helpful for me. If any other project is good please let me know. Im from Bangalore and not aware about pune much. my Budget is 34L for 2BHK flat. Please let me know. No area in pune is that worth what builders in that area are asking for. But be practical and people are buying at these high rates all over pune and in other cities. Builders are smart enough and tech savvy to vary the rates depending on demand/supply, construction quality, location, etc.

The positive point of Sun Crest is the layout. It has a separate space for dining.
