Hi,
Can someone please provide feedback on Sunshine Hills at Kondwa, Pune.
I saw some ads saying 1BHK flat in 13.8L or so.

I have seen this property and looks good. The builder promises possession by nov'09. I have also seen some ads on the net (checkalldeals.com) where flats are available for resale with possession date being Nov'09. How reliable is Gera in terms of delivery date. I am new to pune and have hear a lot about Gera being good thru friends. How true is that? Please help

Have anybody booked property here in sunshine hills in recent past?
I have no idea about previous projects from these builders ..
