Default Top up on home loan from SBI

Hello,
I have borrowed home loan recently in dec 09 from SBI under 8% maxgain scheme. Half of the disbursement has been already disbursed by bank on dec 09 to builder.
While purchasing flat i.e in oct 09(agrmt dt), I didnt buy parking due to scarce of budget and loan elidgibility. I just went ahead and signed agreement including the flat only w.o parking.

Now in dec 09 gotta a salary hyk. And on that hyke , my loan eligibility has also increased.
So my question is , when half disbursement is done , can I apply for borrowing more money from SBI , as my elidgibility has increased so that I can go ahead to buy parking? If y , what would be the procedure?

Why don't u contact SBI directly. Also let us know what they say .This might help others

Yep, contacting SBI would be the best thing. Also, you need to change your agreement with the builder by adding the parking slot on stamp paper of Rs.100/-. That's all. Just ask the builder to block a parking slot ASAP.
Btw, this house has proved lucky for you coz you got salary hike post purchase. Don't let that go even if someone offers you premium.

Just refer to another thread on this forum regarding free parking space compulsury now and ask your builder for same ! Enjoy
