What could be proper rates? I have seen bookings at 3030 area 1525 sf, total value 53 lacs

Location is good but rates are too high. Even for Magarpatta, new flats are sold at 3250. And it is much better than spring valley. Resale in magarpatta is doing rounds of 2600 psft. There are only 3BHKs left in spring valley. |

This Spring Valley developer is isolated from rest of the developers and he is sitting on a huge inventory, his 70 percent flats are unsold.
Most of the brokers are saying this, as he is not selling anything through brokers even and not letting his rates come down. In April when magarpatta was at 3100(with scheme) he was still quoting 3300, now he has come down to 3030. wait more he will surely budge. |
