Hi all,

Any review on this project???

This builder seems to be a bit honest...if anybody has booked here or had enquired then plz share ur Good & Bad experiences with this builder....

Are there any flats available?
Whats the rate he is quoting?
He seems to have permission for 8th and 9th floor for construction. The building curretnly has 7 floors

I remember they always offer ready possession homes. They seem to be more ethical than others, although I don't have any experience with them.

I had called them 2 weeks ago...They had quoted Rs.3500/ Their other project at Bavdhan - Opulance - is also good ready possession - I don't think they changed their rates much as I had visited Opulance about an year ago or so.

3500 they are quoting for Prestige or Opulence ???

Both...same rates...But Opulance is not fully sold, they may negotiate a bit there..i was told Prestige 2BHK ~Rs.45 lac n at Opulance ~Rs.42lac

For both they are quoting same 3500.
Good thing --> Ready possesion. Construction quality. Planning.
Bad thing --> For Opulence builder is giving vacant flats on rent to make money. So if you take any flat in Bavdhan project.. someone has already used it... you are not the first one. Not sure about prestige but yes I liked that project as well. Try for 2.9- 3K rate.. then it should not be a bad deal...

As far as I rember Prestige is 3-4 BHK scheme... how did he tell you that 2BHK is there?
