Vascon Ela The Earth, Hadapsar
Hello forum members,
Has anyone heard about Vascon's new pre launch project in Hadapsar? Vacon Ela - The Earth, Hadapsar, Pune I am checking the cost sheet in the above link. 2 BHK is costing almost 60.5 lacs all inclusive. Is it worth to pay this much in a pre launch project in Sade Satra Nali? Did anyone visit the site? If anyone has more details, pls update this thread. Thanks. |

Location wise its good due to close proximity to Amanora Mall, Schools, Cybercity, EON, etc.
But look around the area near Sade Satra Nali ... approach roads, etc. Not very decent outside the society. Also worth checking how's the feedback on Forest County. |

Think before you leap!!
Serious issues with water. Approach road is at the mercy of Amanora Builders.. Price wise very expensive. No good views to boast of.

Hi all,
I also visited Vascon Ela.....what attitude.....i am surprised that people have actually booked at Ela.....whose possession is around end 2015 at Rs.4700+ psqft.......I am getting very large 3BHKs offers between 50-55L at Hadapsar/Undri.......and the infra is much better there...rather than be at the mercy of Amanra....Saying goes that Amanora may very soon stop entry from the main Amanora gate to reach Vascon...if that be the case then it is very round-about entrance and exit to Ela......so my decision....DROP.....not worth the wait at price quoted today for 2015..... Cheers |
