I would like inputs from you all on what all to see in terms of directions and placement when it comes to buying a flat. I would prefer inputs which have scientific backing too ![]() ---------------------------------------- Few from my side 1) Wind blows from west to east. Even same is true for sun light. Hence, a east-west house is preferred. But, today, many builders just provide east-west entrance irrespective of the orientation of the building. In such cases, terraces/windows of bedrooms should preferably open on west side 2) No wind or light comes from south direction. So, kitchen should not be on south. |

You should have windows facing west or southwest for an airy home in Pune. You might be able to save some MSEB bills. I dont know other vaastus.
