Hi All,
i recently visited Prestonewoods by Kshitij developers. it is on the way towards baner when we just take over left from Rakshak chowk rate offered is 2700psf(nego) right now out of 2 buildings only one seems to be 60-70% done I have seen the location(it actually is Pimple Nilakh only) which is quite good.. just on the roadside towards wakad. overall liked the plan. the only problem i guess wud b possession which he has mentioned to be Jun10. need your reviews for the project.. kindly suggest. ![]() Ranjit Last edited by ITheLegend; 08-09-09 at 06:44 PM. Hi I also visited Prestonewoods and have same concern, As never heard about this builder. Can someone please provide your views on the same?

Incident Happened – Yesterday (Sunday – 31 Jan 2010) – Place - Prestonwoods
In morning person at site quoted rate: 2800 per sq. ft. We decided to book two flats , Was trying if he will negotiate little bit, he asked to discuss with builder in the evening. We called our family members, we were ready with cheques in hand. When we called builder in evening he told us rate is 2900 psft. The sales person and builder quoted two different rates. Since morning to evening increased rate 100 per sq. ft. ? Are we mad? Before yesterday (Sunday – 31 Jan 2010), we have visited their site thrice(to check directions of flat, etc). And observed that they don’t even provide hard copy of their broacher or floor plan or cost breakup (We thought let it be. They might have inspired with Abhishek’s advertise “Save trees, save planet” ;-)). I don’t know about others but after yesterday’s incidence I can say “THEY ARE NOT AT ALL TRUST WORTHY”. |

I just love the location of this project... but builder doesn't want to sell it seems.. the work was stalled for 6 months and plus, they dont have a sample flat, no hard copies of plan. no layout plan... pretty much everything else other than the location is negative
anyone know what rate they're asking now ? |

If the builder does not want to sell, why are you so desperate to buy....if so desperate - buy a resale

anyway, ofcourse i am not considering buying nything there.. just it's so weird that a project had a good potential but...anyway |
