hi all..
I am planning to book a 2 bhk at Amit colori in Undri. And m planning to stay there.. this is nt for investment I really liked the build quality.. amenities.. layout and township I am being charged 3800 psf.. so the 2bhk comes to around 46lacs inclusive of registration stamp duty.. and every other thing. Also.. I need to travel to Hinjewadi and my wife needs to travel to Magarpatta.. so The only problem i find about the location is travelling .. Otherwise the area seems developing.I did go thru other posts abt Undri area.. bt they are almost 2 - 3 years old.. and this area has changed a lot since then. Soo... What i want experts advice on is.. Hw good is the builder.. amit enterprises ? Hw did u find colori ? What abt Undri.. ? many townships - flat schemes are mushrooming there.. would it be a fine place to live ? Any idea abt water supply ? Also.. Undri does not fall under PMC.. how bad can that be ? Now the million dollar question.. ![]() Given my budget of 45 lacs.. ( may be till 48 max ) where else can i get decent 2bhk flat.. preferably in a township.. and at a place from where i can travel to either ends of pune.. --> Hinjewadi --> magarpatta city Experts.. plz help

Amit Bloomfield is the best project at Ambegaon, still it didn't took off despite having 10dulkar. Reason - Location & price which is not worth the price.
Undri too is a place which I can't call safe. I would rather recommend you to buy a flat at Hadapsar. This will take care of your wife at MP City, it will be in PMC & infra too is far better than undri. The best thing would be to find a flat at Wanowrie though.

Well, I have been roaming in Undri trying to find apartments and I see that area booming in couple of years...fews projects like marvel,tata inora park,amit colori and nyati are all around undri...
Hw did u find colori ? // I find it expensive than Nyati Ethos/Ebony project or even compare it with Tata Inora.....try to go there and check out those and then compare if you haven't yet.... What abt Undri.. ? many townships - flat schemes are mushrooming there.. //Undri at this time is purely for investment purpose...those who are investing know that less than 2 years it will be coming in PMC and then that area would be like kalyani nagar..... would it be a fine place to live ? //I also am looking to book a flat and stay after 2 years...but am not sure why the minimum development like banks/grocery shops.outlets have yet not come up there even though people are staying there for years...example nyati had given the possession of their 200 villas 7 years bak...and if you see nyati has soo many buildings around...... Any idea abt water supply ? //Water supply is an issue i guess...not spoken to people around there..but if you go with strong builder they will make sure you get water even if your neighbouring colony doesn't...bcoz he will not let his reputation down.....my choice considering this point is Nyati builders,Tata Inora.... |

Hi, I do not have much idea about Undri area, But within your budget there is another similar kind of project on Katraj-kondwa road. "Ackruti countrywoods".
Now they are quating around 3500 /spft. And you will start geting possesion from comming March-2012.You can have visit for this project. |

[/QUOTE] What is the source for saying Undri which does not even come in PMC will become like Kalyani nagar ??? & what is the source for saying it will come in PMC within 2 years???? Agar sifr bolne se kuch hota to Aaj Pune & Mumbai Shanghai ban jate... Whatever you have posted in your reply is what you think & you are optimistic, but you need to think practically & Please post such thing only when you have some source. |

Just read an advertise in Sakal Paper. Amit Group and HDFC jointly offering interest rate of 7,75% for first 3 years. It includes, Colori, Bloomfield, Royal Astonia. If interested please check the ad and visit the site.
