Does anyone have details about the 'Vitoria Lagoon' project byvitoria group. It is behind spicer college.
I would appreciate if anyone has any details or has any comments about the project.

Is it still going on? I thought it was DOA (d.ea.d on arrival).

Vittoria Lagoon is on Bhau Patil road and the river bed where construction was not supposed to be permitted..

They were selling extremely luxurious condominiums starting from 1.5 to 2 crores. Only 1-2 got sold and recession stuck big time..

Dont even think about it please..

Price not worth it. Add to it lack of bookings. Now you would definitely not like to see couple of crores stuck for few (infinite in worse case
