RE rates will crash further. Hardest to be hit would be Kolte-Patil, Ravirraj & Gera. The prospects of Kharadi too goes down as in any case this is 2nd blow to it after EON IT Park failure.

The biggest thing to happen due to this:-Inclusion of Wagholi in PMC limits will be indefinitely delayed.

SMSes from brokers for resales at Kharadi started coming in my inbox. from past 2 days. Seems effect will be seen no later than soon.

Friends,

Looks like prices in Kharadi & Wagholi are not coming down anymore. LushCounty is quoting 2050 & not going below 2000. Wagholi SEZ denotification led to purchase of land from all the big builders. Farmers have infact benefitted more. Kharadi & Wagholi are going to be controlled by only 3-4 builders lobby.

Smehow I agree...coz I had been to Waghoi recently...

BU Bhandari quoted 2500 psf for his row houses behind wagheshwar temple ...
It initially seemed too far away from the city...but he managed to convince me that there are 5star hotels, SEZ and other dev going to happen there....

Infact on the day I had been there... there were many other people who had come for enquiry .... I was surprised that people even look out for homes so far away from city at that rates ... Only later did I come to know that the SEZ was cancelled some time back .... the rates then seem to high ...as there is literally nothing in that area...apart from farms. ...:O :P

People are already living in raviraj groups row houses :O :O :O
By the way ...is anyone already living in Wagholi ??? Let us know your views on this ....

When was the rate of 1500 psf was quoted to you. I asked the oxygen valley just next to Vagheshwar lake, his prices were 2650 psf for 2bhk/3bhk rowhouses. Though the designs are good, but all the rooms have two common walls with adjcent two row houses, so there goes the privacy!

Please update about the BU bhandari row houses prices.
